mixed experience at this hotel
ineffective air conditioning ridiculous amount
the breakfast included fresh vegetables and fruits which was acceptable
the air conditioning did not work properly i experienced hot nights and received little sleep the hotel seems more like a two-star hotel than a three-star the cost was not worth it

I found a chocolate Easter bunny, which I thought was a nice touch. The bar food was good and I really liked the orange juice. The staff was very helpful. Some of them recognized me from a previous stay!
The housekeeper took a returnable bottle I had collected on the table. It was an honest mistake.

My room was a reasonably sized standard room with a very comfortable bed. I had a good night's sleep. The room was quiet so that was a nice bonus!

excellent location clean room friendly staff
The university hospital was easy to reach from there. I had a conference to attend. frankfurt main station was also an easy walk. the room was very clean. So was the bathroom. this covered all my needs. i stayed just one night.

this hotel is close to the main train station and a riverside promenade. a tower is in front of the hotel, which adds to the scenery! there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

excellent location bigger bed larger room
I found hotel location excellent. The Main River was right next to the hotel, for peaceful walks. The hotel was near shopping areas, I could reach the stores on foot. Ms. Alexandra kindly offered me a larger room with a bigger bed.

main river tourist attractions friendly staff small bathroom tiny bathroom diagonal position
the hotel is near the main river and several amenities i could easily walk to the museum embankment and tourist attractions the hotel was very clean and neat the breakfast was also lovely and the staff friendly
the room was a bit small the bathroom was particularly tiny i had to leave the door open to brush my teeth sitting on the toilet required a diagonal position my legs did not fit otherwise

bad air conditioning thin towels
the air conditioning, it was not good. it didn't work well, and the room became too warm at night. i also noticed the towels felt quite small and thin. it wasn't a very comfortable experience to deal with the bad air conditioning and the poor towels.
